Thorsten Bolzek (born July 7, 1968 in Berlin ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Bolzek played with VfL Bochum for a year in the Bundesliga , in his 22 appearances, was once more than ninety minutes, with the others he was substituted on or off. For the 1989/90 season he moved to the 2nd Bundesliga at Fortuna Cologne . At Fortuna he was part of the permanent staff and was used in 32 games in which he scored 15 goals. This made him the team’s most successful goalscorer ahead of Andreas Brandt . After another year, they parted ways.
