Thorsten Roelcke

Thorsten Roelcke (* 1965) is a German linguist and Germanist with a focus on technical languages , German as a foreign language and the typology and history of the German language.

Life

Thorsten Roelcke studied German language and literature, philosophy and history at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg from 1984 to 1988 and received a doctorate there in 1988 with a thesis on the terminology in Kant's " Critique of Pure Reason ". phil. PhD. He then worked there as a research assistant and research assistant.
