Three Days Grace is the debut album by Canadian alternative metal - band Three Days Grace . The album was released on July 22, 2003 and reached number 9 on the Canadian album charts and number 69 on the Billboard 200 , USA .

Emergence

When the former band Groundswell reunited in 1997 under the name Three Days Grace, the band decided to record their first demo in Toronto with producer Gavin "Golden" Brown. The demo received positive feedback, so Three Days Grace decided to record the album of the same name. The album gave the band their first success and several chart positions in the USA and Canada .
