Thyrahöhe 15, 15a, 15b
The house Thyrahöhe 15, 15a, 15b is a listed villa in Stolberg (Harz) in the municipality of Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the southwest corner of the Thyrahöhe rising on the southeastern side of Stolberg.
Architecture and history
The villa was built between 1900 and 1904 as the last villa building on the Thyrahöhe, which was built on as a city extension in the late 19th century. It was built on behalf of the owner of the company Büssing & Co. as a wedding present for his daughter and was surrounded by a park in the style of an English landscape park with winding paths and a garden pond. The manorial villa is considered to be the most architecturally complex building in the district. It should appear picturesque and is deliberately designed asymmetrically . The ground floor is a massive construction, while the upper floors are half-timbered . The entrance area is representative and has a large hall with a staircase.
A coach house and two other ancillary buildings belonged to the villa .
In 1922 the villa became a Christian rest home for the Inner Mission . This use lasted until 1955. It was then converted into a hospital. The construction work for this was carried out by Bernhard Kindler from Sangerhausen . The outbuildings were converted into a senior doctor's apartment and living quarters for nurses as early as 1953. The old trees in the park were later supplemented with younger conifers .
In local monument list the villa since December 6, 2000 under registration number 094 30 465 as a monument listed. The villa is considered to be culturally, artistically, historically and urbanistically significant.
