The Tich Rocks are cliff rocks off the George V coast in the Australian Antarctic Territory . They belong to the Mackellar Islands off Cape Denison in the Commonwealth Bay and lie west of the Fusilier Rocks .
They were discovered by participants in the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911–1914) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . They are named after one of the sled dogs on the research trip. This in turn was named after the vaudeville artist Harry Relph (called Little Tich ).
