The Tierney Hill is a 91 m high hill on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elizabeth Land . It rises up in the Vestfold Mountains , surrounded by 40 to 60 m high hills .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after the medic Trevor Tierney of the Australian Antarctic Division .
