The Tilav Cirque is a mountain basin in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . On the plateau The Fortress of the Cruzen Range, it lies on the northwest side of the McLean Buttress .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the basin in 2005 after Serap Z. Tilav (* 1958), member of a field research team of the United States Antarctic Program to support the AMANDA project near the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in nine campaigns between 1991 and 2005.
