Tim Garner (born April 24, 1970 ) is a retired English squash player .

Career

Tim Garner began his professional career in the 1990s and won five titles on the PSA World Tour . He reached his highest position in the world rankings with rank 26 in February 1998. Between 1997 and 2002 he was four times in the main field of the world championship . In 1998 , 1999 and 2002 he reached the second round each.

In 1991 he graduated in sports science at Loughborough University from. While still active, he founded a sports marketing company with Peter Nicol , among others, which marketed the English Open and the Canary Wharf Squash Classic .

His brother Ben Garner was also active as a squash player.
