Tim Hronek (born June 1, 1995 in Traunstein ) is a German freestyle skier . He specializes in the discipline of ski cross .

biography

Tim Hronek started skiing at an early age and was trained by his father in the local ski club. In 2012, Hronek took part in a sighting for ski cross and remained loyal to the sport. From the 8th grade he attended the Christophorus School in Berchtesgaden, after graduating from school he joined the Bischofswiesen sports promotion group and became a sports soldier. At the Junior World Championships 2015 in Valmalenco he was able to win the silver medal. In the 2016/17 season, Hronek made it to second place twice at the World Cup races in Innichen and Sunny Valley . At the Winter Olympics in 2018 in Pyeongchang Hronek took part, finishing in 23rd place.

Tim Hronek is the younger brother of ski racer Veronique Hronek .
