Timur Kosovalı (born January 26, 1990 in Memmingen ) is a German - Turkish soccer player .
Career
Kosovalı was born in Memmingen in 1990 to parents of Turkish origin. He has two older siblings. He started playing football at the age of five at FC Memmingen . At the age of 12 he returned with his mother to Turkey, where the two settled in Antalya . His father stayed in Germany. His mother died when he was 17. In Antalya, Kosovalı started club football in the youth of Çallı SK . He later moved to the junior department at Medical Park Antalyaspor . In 2008 he got a professional contract here. In February 2009 he made his professional debut in a cup game against Beşiktaş Istanbul . In summer 2009 he then moved to Gençlerbirliği Ankara . Here he was loaned for two seasons. So he played first for Kastamonuspor and then for Batman Petrolspor and Tekirova Belediyespor .
In summer 2011 he left Gençlerbirliği and moved to İstanbulspor , which he left in summer 2013. In the 2013-14 season he played for Bandırmaspor .
He has been playing for Göztepe Izmir since summer 2014 . With this club he rose in the summer of 2015 as master of the TFF 2nd Lig in the TFF 1st Lig . After this success he left the club again.
