Tina Bara
Tina Bara (born March 18, 1962 in Kleinmachnow ) is a German photographer .
Details
After graduating from high school, Bara studied history and art history at the Humboldt University in Berlin from 1980 to 1986 . She had contacts with opposition groups, including “Women for Peace”. In 1985 she had her first photo exhibition in the Kreis- Kulturhaus Berlin- Treptow . Since 1986 she has been a freelance photographer as a member of the Association of Visual Artists , including for the DEFA studio for documentary films , including for whispering & screaming - a rock report . In the same year she took a distance learning course in photography at theLeipzig University of Graphics and Book Art . In July 1989 she moved to West Berlin . Since 1993 she has been a professor for artistic photography at the University of Graphic and Book Art in Leipzig.
