Tina Sloan

Tina Sloan (born February 1, 1943 in Bronxville , New York ) is an American actress .

Life and accomplishments

Sloan attended the Ursuline School and studied at Manhattanville College . She made her debut in the Somerset television series , in which she starred from 1974 to 1976. From 1976 to 1977 she starred in the television series Search for Tomorrow , from 1980 to 1981 she appeared in the role of Dr. Olivia Delaney in the award-winning television series Another World .

She played Mrs. Delano , the wife of Stephen Delano , played by Sydney Pollack in the 2002 film drama Changing Tracks . In the comedy The Super Guru (2002) she played the role of Kitty , a customer of the guru played by Jimi Mistry . In 2006 she appeared in the role of nurse Lillian Raines in the television series Springfield Story , which role she played from 1983 until the 1990s.

Sloan has been married to Steve McPherson since 1976 and has one son.
