Tirljanski ( Russian Тирлянский ; Bashkir Тирлән , Tirljan or Tirlja̋n ) is a village in Belorezk Rajon in the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan .

Tirljan is the center and the only place of the rural community Tirlanski ( Тирлянский сельсовет ). The village is located at the confluence of the Tirljan and Belaya 33 km northeast of Belorezk . The closest train station is 41 km away. In 1908 an ironworks was established in the village. In 1917 the Tirljan dam was built on the river. A rupture of the dam on August 7, 1994 resulted in severe flooding in the town.
