The Tirol Milch is since 2011 part of the Berglandmilch group .

The Tirolmilch eGen (FN 40957 g) put into operation in 2011 in the Berglandmilch one and received a share of 17% at the Berglandmilch . In it, Tyrolean farmers are organized as cooperatives. In addition to the stake in Berglandmilch , the main object of operation of the cooperative is property management.

The Tirol Milch Wörgl GmbH (FN 050044 w) was known until 2011 GmbH Lattella . It was renamed in the course of the takeover of Tirol Milch by Berglandmilch.

The milk is supplied by around 5,000 family farms in the valleys and mountain regions of North and East Tyrol (excluding Reutte district). The company now has two production sites, Wörgl and Lienz, with a total of 320 employees, and in 2008 achieved a turnover of approx. 153 million euros. Approx. 220 million liters of milk are processed and mainly natural products are produced. This means that z. B. Milk and yoghurt can only be preserved through natural processes such as pasteurization and not mixed with emulsifiers . The company offers u. a. Cheese made from silage-free milk or the soft drink Lattella made from whey . With the exception of soft and gray cheese products, after the merger of the production facilities, all products will be manufactured at the Wörgl site.

1935 Foundation of today's Tirol Milch eGen.

From 2007 the Wörgl location was expanded by 30 million euros in order to relocate the entire production from Innsbruck to Wörgl. The estimated synergy effect should amount to up to two million euros annually.

2011 Tirol Milch becomes part of Berglandmilch. In return, Tirol Milch eGen receives a 17% share in Berglandmilch.

2013 After 34 years, Lattella is no longer produced in Wörgl, but in the largest Berglandmilch plant in Aschbach. The mother Berglandmilch justified this with logistics and utilization advantages.
