Titular Diocese of Jamestown

Jamestown is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

That in the United States located diocese was from areas of the November 10, 1889 Apostolic Vicariate Dakota founded. It belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and was 92,646 km². On April 6, 1897, it was replaced by the Diocese of Fargo .
