Titular Archdiocese of Carpathus
Carpathus ( Italian : Carpato ) is a titular archbishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier bishopric on the Dodecanese island of Karpathos in the southern Aegean Sea , which belonged to the Roman province of Asia or insulae in late antiquity .
