Titular Archdiocese of Chalcis in Syria
Chalcis in Syria ( Italian : Calcide di Siria ) is a titular archbishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a submerged bishopric in the ancient city of Chalkis , which was in the Roman province of Syria or Syria Coele .
