Tizia Koese

Tizia Koese (* 1963 in Akçadağ as Nilgün Köseoglu ) is a German-speaking author, journalist and publicist.

Koese came to Hamburg from Anatolia with her parents at the age of eight . Later she lived u. a. in Munich . After studying philosophy, politics and computer science at Hamburg University, she worked as a freelance journalist a. a. for the Süddeutsche Zeitung , Münchner Merkur and Die Welt Kompakt .

Koese and historian Rita Bake wrote a handbook for migrants for the State Center for Political Education in Hamburg . She was also co-editor of the bilingual magazine "Gazete".

Koese's debut novel Granatapfelsplitter ( Sujet Verlag , Bremen 2010) attracted attention in German and Turkish media. Her second novel Netzlos Glücklich was published as an e-book in 2013 .
