Tjörven De Brul (born June 22, 1973 in Aalst ) is a former Belgian football player on the position of defender . After his official career as an active player, he worked as a soccer coach .

career

society

Between 1991 and 2007 he played in the first division for his hometown club KSC Lokeren , FC Bruges , KAA Gent and SV Zulte Waregem . In 2007 he joined the third division KSK Ronse for one season . From there he moved to the lower class SK Berlare in 2008, where he ended his active career in 2011.

From October 2011 to December 2012 De Brul coached the Belgian fourth division club KRC Gent-Zeehaven . In April 2013 he was introduced as the head coach of KVC Jong Lede ; while he was the successor to the previous coach Omer Van Praet .

National team

Between 1998 and 1999 he played ten games for the Belgian national team , in which he did not score. Before that, the defensive player had already gone through all of the Belgian youth selections, in which he also mostly remained goalless.
