Tobia Aun
Tobia Aun (* in Lebanon ; † after 1870) was the first Archbishop of the Maronite Archeparch of Beirut .
Life
On March 19, 1841 Tobia Aun became a bishop ordained . The appointment as Archbishop of Beirut took place in 1844. The official inauguration took place on February 9, 1845. Tobia Aun became the first archbishop of the Archeparchy of Beirut.
In terms of church history , Tobia Aun took part as a council father at Vatican I , which lasted from December 8, 1869 to October 20, 1870.
