This U19 national team plays the Coupe van Beem every year, a three-country battle between Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. After the DM titles in the free game U15 in 2010 and 2011, the third place in the junior three-cushion and the German championship title in the free game U17 followed in 2012.

The following year, 2013, Bouerdick managed the hat trick. He took first place in the free game U17, in the three cushion U17 and with the youth team of the DBC Bochum . In the youth team he acted as a guest player and completed the team around Simon and Lukas Blondeel. Also in 2013 he took third place in the free game U17 and first place in the three-cushion game in the U17 age group at the European Championships in Brandenburg ad Havel . In 2014 Bouerdick was two-time German youth champion, once in the free game U19 and once with the youth team of DBC Bochum.

Tobias Bouerdick took part in a total of six German youth championships. He also played in five European championships and four "Coupe van Beem" in the German national team vest.

Due to his success, Bouerdick was named "Sportsman of the Year" by the city of Kamen in 2010 and 2013. He was also given the athlete's badge by the mayor, which is the highest honor an athlete can get in the city and which can only be achieved once in a lifetime.

In 2017 he took part in the three-cushion world championship for juniors for the first time, finished the group in second and played in the final round of the "last 8". There he had to admit defeat to the reigning world champion Cho Myung-woo from Korea with 24:35 in 32 shots in the quarter-finals and finished the tournament in eighth place.
