Tobias Eisele

Tobias Eisele (* 1972 ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Eisele cooked at the Brogsitter restaurant in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler , then at Staufeneck Castle with Rolf Straubinger . Then he became head chef at Schreieggs Post in Thannhausen (Swabia) , which was awarded a Michelin star in 2010 . In May 2010 it had to close due to the economic crisis.

Since August 2010 he has been head chef at the Maximilians restaurant in Oberstdorf , which has been awarded a Michelin star since 2011.
