Rolf Straubinger
Rolf Straubinger (born December 29, 1962 in Göppingen ) is a German chef .
Live and act
The master chef and hotel manager Rolf Straubinger received his training as a chef at the Hotel Sonne Post in Murrhardt . He gained further experience with Heinz Winkler and Harald Wohlfahrt as well as in the Negresco in Nice and in the Al Borgo in Roverto. Together with his parents, sister and brother-in-law, his wife Heike and two children, he has been working at Staufeneck Castle since 1990 .
From 1991 to 2019, the Staufeneck Castle restaurant was awarded one star by the Michelin Guide under his management .
