Tobias Krause

Tobias Krause (born March 24, 1965 in Hamburg ; † June 10, 2005 in Baden near Vienna ) was a German - Austrian television producer.

Born in Hamburg to a German father and an Austrian mother, Tobias Krause grew up in Baden near Vienna. He began his professional activity at ORF , but later switched to the German private broadcasters Premiere and VIVA . Since 2004 he has been head of program development at ORF.

At ORF he was involved in the first interactive television production on video - The Barometer Maker on the Magic Island under the director Ernst Wolfram Marboe . The developments and productions with his participation include Ferienexpress , Wurlitzer , Wer A says , Grand Prix of Folk Music , The Great Love Test , The Barbara Karlich Show , Wickie, Slime & Paiper , Taxi Orange , Sendung ohne Namen , Starmania and Expedition Austria .

Krause has received several awards, including the Romy for Starmania in Austria in 2003 .
