Tobias Moeck

Tobias Moeck (pronunciation: [møːk]) (born August 22, 1984 in Wriezen ) is a German radio news anchor , moderator , journalist and drummer.

Life

After graduating from high school, Tobias Moeck first studied at the University of Music Carl Maria von Weber Dresden and the Technical University of Dresden in the course of teaching at grammar schools for the subjects of music and history . In addition, he began studying orchestral music at the Carl Maria von Weber Academy of Music in Dresden, his main artistic subject being drums. He was engaged in the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden at the Semperoper , in the orchestra of the Staatsoperette Dresden and in the Staatskapelle Weimar in the German National Theater .

In 2012 Moeck switched to radio . Since 2014 he has been working mainly for MDR aktuell and radioeins from Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg . He is also an off-speaker on parliamentary television of the German Bundestag as well as in audio books, explanatory films, product films and various commercials. He moderates concerts and events and takes on speaking roles in orchestral works and theater productions.
