Tobias Pehle

Tobias Pehle (born January 27, 1960 in Soest ) is a travel and advice journalist, photographer and management consultant. He lives and works in Unna - Hemmerde .

Life

From 1983 to 1985, Pehle completed an internship at the Badische Zeitung , Freiburg. He then switched to Video magazine, then to Motor Presse Stuttgart , and has been working as a freelancer since 1989. Pehle is married to the former radio journalist Yara Hackstein, with whom he also publishes together.

Until 1996 he mainly worked as a travel journalist, wrote travel guides and an accompanying book for the SAT1 television series "Dream trips, on the most beautiful roads in the world", after which he concentrated on advice.

Between 2005 and 2012 a small encyclopedia series was published on behalf of Rebo-Publishers, Lisse, NL on topics such as “coffee”, “perfume” or “romantic gardens”, which were translated into several languages. According to his own statements, he also develops games and experiment kits, especially for Franckh-Kosmos , Stuttgart.

Since 2014 he has been the press spokesman for the Association of Natural Stone Processors (VDNV).
