Tokyo Dome City

Tokyo Dome City ( Jap. 東京ドームシティ , Tōkyō DOMU Shiti ) is an entertainment complex of KK Tokyo Dome in the district Bunkyō in Tokyo . It includes the Tokyo Dome baseball stadium and an amusement park with numerous attractions. According to the official website, there are around 35 million visitors annually. The Tokyo Dome hosts concerts , baseball games, and other events.

Attractions

Tokyo Dome City consists of the Tokyo Dome , the largest covered baseball stadium in the world, an amusement park with the Thunder Dolphin roller coaster and the Kōrakuen-Halle sports hall . In 2003, LaQua was opened. It is renowned as one of the largest spa in Tokyo with its own hot spring. There are numerous shops and restaurants below the spa. There is also a hotel on the premises, the Tokyo Dome Hotel.

There are three subway stations nearby: Kōrakuen, Suidōbashi and Kasuga.
