Tolgay Karakaya (born September 4, 1990 in Giresun ) is a Turkish football player.
Career
Karakaya started playing club football in 2004 when Giresunspor was a youth . In 2011 he was awarded a professional contract and then loaned to Çarşambaspor for a season . This was followed by six-month loan periods to Elazığ Belediyespor and Isparta Emrespor .
For the 2013/14 season he was kept in the squad and played three third division games as a substitute. With Giresunspor he finished the season as champions of the TFF 2nd Lig and rose to the TFF 1st Lig .
In the summer of 204 he left Giresunspor and moved to the fourth division Van Büyükşehir Belediyespor .
