Tom Peyer

Tom Peyer (born February 23, 1954 in Syracuse , New York) is an American comic book author .

Life and work

Peyer began working as a full-time comic book author in the 1980s, and since then he has mainly written for the US comic book publishers DC Comics , Bongo Comics and Wildstorm Publishings.

While Peyer wrote stories for Bongo for the comic adaptation of the humorous cartoon series The Simpsons , he wrote the adventure title The Authority for Wildstorm and a long series of science fiction series such as Legion of Super-Heroes , Legionnaires , LEGION , REBELS , Titans and Hourman .

There was also some work as a guest author for series such as Superman , Impulse and New Gods , as well as some issues of the series "80-Page-Giant", such as Adventure Comics 80-Page Giant , DCU 80-Page Giant , Secret Origins of Super Villains 80- Page Giant and All-Star Comics 80-Page Giant and other special editions like JLA Secret Files , JLA in Crisis Secret Files , Golden Age Secret Files , Flash Secret Files , Atom Special and the miniseries War of the Gods .
