Tom Rauland (born June 20, 1958 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Rauland jumped his only World Cup competition on March 2, 1980 in ski flying in Vikersund . He came in 4th place and was able to secure 12 World Cup points. At the end of the 1979/80 World Cup season , he finished 62nd. His club was Notodden .
