Udo Okraffka is a former German ski jumper .
Okraffka jumped in the ski jumping World Cup for the first time in the 1987/88 season and competed in all four competitions for the 1987/88 Four Hills Tournament . In the second competition on January 1st, 1988, he was able to win his first and only World Cup point in 15th place. At the end of the season he was in 74th place in the overall World Cup ranking. Okraffka subsequently did not take part in any international jumping.
