Tom van Hasselt
Thomas "Tom" van Hasselt (born January 20, 1978 in Düsseldorf ) is a German piano cabaret artist and musical writer.
Career
After leaving school, he began to write songs and perform as a piano cabaret artist. His full-length productions include a duo program with his stage partner Harry Heib and a band program. In 2008 he developed the cabaret musical Dr. I . Tom van Hasselt belongs to the “ Celle School ” and is part of the stem cell formation (motto: musical must be rewritten ).
In August 2015, the musical Alma und das Genie was nominated for the German Musical Theater Award , and Tom van Hasselt received the award in the category of best song lyrics on October 26, 2015 .
