Tomasz Bandrowski ˈtɔmaʃ banˈdrɔfsci (born September 18, 1984 in Pyskowice ) is a former Polish football player .

Club career

The defensive midfielder began his career at the Polish club SKS Gwarek Zabrze , from where he moved to Energie Cottbus in Lusatia in the summer of 2003 . Bandrowski not only won the Polish junior title with Gwarek, but also the top scorer's crown in the junior championship.

In his first two seasons, the talent did not make it into the first team. In the 2005/06 season , however, he managed to fight for a regular place. After promotion to the Bundesliga, however, he only made a few games. Bandrowski's contract with Energie Cottbus was limited to 2010; however, he was loaned to Lech Poznan in January 2008 . After half a year he was firmly committed and was an important part of the team for the next two seasons. In the 2010/11 season , however, he only made four appearances in the first half of the season and was no longer used in the second half of the season. In the summer of 2011 he was without a club. It was not until the winter break of 2011/12 that he was committed by the first division club Jagiellonia Białystok until the end of the season.

National team

On May 17, 2006 he made his debut in the Polish U21 national team in an international match against Switzerland .

On September 6, 2008 Bandrowski made his debut in the World Cup qualifier against Slovenia (1: 1) in the Polish national team . After he didn't get any more assignments at Lech Posen , he wasn't nominated anymore.
