The Tombe du Géant ( German  "Tomb of the Giant" ) is a dolmen . It is located next to a side road of the D63 on the Causse Méjean , a limestone plateau in the Massif Central northwest of Meyrueis near the Aven Armand cave in the Lozère department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The approximately 0.8 m wide and 1.0 m high dolmen, still largely stabilized by its hill, has been preserved over a length of approximately 3.0 m. It consists of two long supporting stones, the end stone and two cap stones at the rear end, of which the front one has broken. Three small stones form the front. The access to the megalithic complex seems to have been on the north side.
