Toni Liias (born October 16, 1986 ) is a former Finnish track and road cyclist .

Athletic career

Toni Liias was Finnish champion in team pursuit and team sprint on the track in 2005 . The following year he defended both titles and also won the Keirin competition at the national championship . On the road, Liias was third in the Tour de Helsinki in 2008. In 2009 he finished fourth at the Lahti Grand Prix and won the road race at the Finnish championship in Kuusamo .

On June 28, 2009 Toni Liias tested positive for testosterone use at the Finnish Championship . The Finnish Association then banned him for two years until July 30, 2011. He was stripped of the Finnish championship title. In 2014 Liias started again in the Finnish road championship, but could not finish the race.
