Toni Mičevski

Toni Mičevski ( Macedonian Тони Мицевски ; born January 20, 1970 in Bitola ) is a former Macedonian football player .

Career

The 188 centimeter tall midfielder began his career with Pelister Bitola (1993-1996, 1999-2000, 2002, 2006-2008) and then went to Sileks Kratovo . He then moved to Germany, where he played both with Hansa Rostock (1996-1998) and Tennis Borussia Berlin (1998-2000); after a short interlude at Pobeda Prilep he moved to the newly promoted Bundesliga Energie Cottbus (2000-2002). He ended his career on January 13, 2004 after two years at VfL Osnabrück , but in 2005 the right-footed player started playing football again, this time at TSV Wallenhorst. In 2006 he moved to USV Eschen-Mauren , where he finally ended his career. He ran a total of 62 times in the first Bundesliga, scoring 5 goals. In the second Bundesliga he scored 4 times in 29 games, in the Regionalliga Nord he made two goals in 26 appearances.

He was also active in the Macedonian national team ; from 1993 to 2002 he played 44 international matches in which he scored four goals.
