Top Flops is a German entertainment program on NDR television that will be hosted by Florian Weber from the end of 2008 to 2010 and by Alexander Bommes from 2011 to 2013 . In August 2013, Tagesschau spokeswoman Judith Rakers took over the TV breakdown show. Before Florian Weber, the show was moderated by Jörg Thadeusz , Thomas Pommer and Yared Dibaba . Viewers can vote on a website which TV glitches should be shown at the end of the year.

At the end of the year there is the big top flops show . There the greatest breakdown classics are shown by the votes of the audience. In addition, television stars are invited, where the mishap happened on television. In late spring and autumn, a program is broadcast with the TV breakdowns, which viewers can choose on the website. In the summer of 2006 the top flops summer special was broadcast. The program was only 15 minutes long and showed a selection of breakdowns from previous programs. In addition, selected breakdowns from previous years are shown again in each program.
