The Tordino is a 59 km long river in Italy in the Teramo province of the Abruzzo region .
geography
The river Tordino rises between Monte Gorzano (2455 m) and Monte Pelone (2230 m) in the mountain area of the Monti della Laga at an altitude of 1996 m. The river flows through the territory of the Gran Sasso National Park , one of the national parks of Abruzzo. It continues to flow east before flowing into the Adriatic Sea . The Tordino has an average water flow of approx. 6 m³ / s.
