Tore Storehaug (born February 18, 1992 in Askvoll ) is a Norwegian politician of the Christian Democratic Kristelig Folkeparti (KrF). He has been a member of parliament in Storting since 2017 .
Life
After graduating from secondary school, he studied at the University of Oslo from 2011 to 2016 . In 2013, Storhaug served as campaign secretary for the youth organization Kristelig Folkepartis Ungdom (KrFU). From 2015 to 2017 he worked as a political advisor for the KrF parliamentary group in the Oslo city council. During this time, he also served as Vice President of the Youth of the European People's Party .
Storehaug moved into the Norwegian national parliament in Storting for the first time in the 2017 general election . There he represents the constituency of Sogn og Fjordane and he was initially a member of the Energy and Environment Committee. In January 2019, he moved to the finance committee.
