Toulépleu is a city in Ivory Coast . It is located in the department of the same name de Toulépleu in the Moyen-Cavally region in the west of the country. According to the 2014 census, the city has 15,745 inhabitants.

It was conquered on March 7, 2011 in the course of the government crisis in Ivory Coast 2010/2011 by the Forces Nouvelles , a rebel group supported by Alassane Ouattara .
