The 9th Tour du Cameroun took place from February 27th to March 7th 2011. The stage race was held in seven stages over a distance of 850.1 kilometers. It was part of the UCI Africa Tour 2011 and was classified in category 2.2. Originally the tour was scheduled from February 15 to February 26.

The Burkinabe Oumarou Minoungou took the overall victory, his worst rival, the native Martinien Tega , was more than three minutes behind. Minoungous compatriot Rasmane Ouédraogo completed the podium in third.
