Toutunhe is a municipality in the prefecture-level city of Ürümqi in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 275.59 km² and has 124,339 inhabitants (2003).
Administrative structure
At the municipality level, Toutunhe consists of five street districts. These are:
- Beizhan Xilu Street (北 站 西路 街道);
- Road quarter Huoche Xizhan (火车西站街道);
- Toutunhe street district (头 屯 河 街道);
- Wangjiagou Street (王 家沟 街道);
- Wuchanglu (乌 昌 路 街道) street district .
