The tower 46 is an office tower in Manhattan with 34 levels . It is 152.7 meters high. There are 20 elevators in it . Construction began in 2008 and was completed in 2013.

The skyscraper is located in the so-called Diamond District between Fifth and Sixth Avenue , one of the most important addresses in the international diamond trade.

According to information from the operating company, the building was specially designed for the needs of the diamond and jewelery trade. For example, it has security devices such as biometric access controls, video surveillance systems and secure underground loading ramps.

The building also has two emergency power generators with an output of 1,500 kW each to protect life-saving and safety systems as well as important building functions.
