Traktornyje Sawody ( Russian Тракторные заводы , German  "Tractor Works" ) is a holding company of Russian vehicle companies.

The development of the group began in the 1990s based on the Cheboksarsky Zavod Promyschlennych Traktorow ("Promtraktor"). Its products, especially construction machinery, have been marketed under the well-known Russian brand ЧЕТРА ( TschETRA ) since 2002 . Today, TschETRA is a joint brand of Traktornyje Sawody and the Russian company Agromasch-holding . In the construction vehicle division , two out of three machines sold in Russia bear the ЧЕТРА trademark.

The company has eleven commercial vehicle plants. Traktornyje Sawody is organized as a holding company and belongs, among others, to Mikhail Bolotin , who built up the group primarily by buying up manufacturers. These include, for example, the Volgogradski Traktorny Sawod and the Lipetski Traktorny Sawod . In April 2006 the holding company bought the Danish forest machine manufacturer Silvatec .

Kurganmaschsawod , which belongs to the group, produces armored personnel carriers . In 2017, the Kremlin transferred operational management to the state armaments holding Rostec .
