The Treskow-Höfe are a residential quarter of HOWOGE in the Berlin district of Karlshorst in the Lichtenberg district between Treskowallee , Hönower Straße , Cäsarstraße and Römerweg .

history

Since the mid-1950s there have been student dormitories of the School of Economics on the site . They stood empty since 1995 and were demolished in 2013. Between May 2013 and summer 2015, the Treskow-Höfe with 414 rental apartments, a daycare center with 90 places, two senior living communities with 23 apartments and seven commercial units were built on the almost 27,000 square meter area . The project was awarded the German Builder Award in 2016.
