Trevor Cilia (born February 1, 1983 in Floriana ) is a Maltese football player.

Cilia started playing football at the local club Floriana FC , where he played in all youth teams. From there, when he was 17 at the time, he was promoted to the professional squad and soon became a regular player. In summer 2008 he moved to FC Birkirkara due to better prospects . There he was able to win his first title with the 2010 championship. In early 2012 he joined the Sliema Wanderers . In the summer of 2015, he moved to the Ħamrun Spartans in the First Division . A year later he and his team achieved promotion. In the 2016/17 season , however, it was hardly used. He signed on with FC Marsaxlokk in the third Maltese division in the summer of 2017 .

He made his debut for the national team of Malta in 2006 and made a total of five international appearances by 2011.
