Triangle is a 1994 British animated short directed by Erica Russell .
action
A naked man and woman dance together. A black triangle that joins it turns out to be another dancer in a wide robe, who first dances with the man and later with the woman. The shapes of the figures change into abstract shapes, merge with one another or create new dance scenes. Later on, the man and woman are supplemented by a third person, so that new forms of dance and fusion arise. The animation style changes fluently.
Awards
Triangle was nominated for an Oscar in the category " Best Animated Short Film " in 1995 , but could not prevail against Bob's Birthday .
