The building with the postal address Tribseer Straße 24 a is a listed building on Tribseer Straße in Stralsund .

The two-building complex was built in 1760.

The eastern part of the building, largely preserved in its original form, with its high, hipped gable roof is single-storey and eight-axis and stands on a high base. On the front facing the street and on the courtyard side, it has a gabled dwelling . The original entrance door in the courtyard and the beamed ceiling in the high basement are also preserved; Originally preserved kilns are also located here.

The western part of the building, which is now three and a half story, was heavily modified in the middle of the 19th century. It was raised and the facade was remodeled. In the courtyard there is a three-storey brick warehouse that dates from the second half of the 19th century.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 757.

Like its neighbors Tribseer Straße 24 , Tribseer Straße 25 and Tribseer Straße 26 , the building belonged to the production buildings of the Stralsund faience manufacture and the Stralsund Mint , which Joachim Ulrich Giese had built.
