Trieching is a district of the Pilsting market in the Lower Bavarian district of Dingolfing-Landau .

location

The village of Trieching is located in the Gäuboden about four kilometers north of Pilsting on the Reißinger Bach near the federal road 20 .

history

Tribichingen is mentioned in the oldest Bavarian Duke's Surbar between 1231 and 1237 “in the ampt ze Landdow”. It later belonged to the Griesenau Obmannschaft in the Ganacker Office of the Landau Regional Court and in 1752 consisted of twenty properties.

The Trieching tax district comprised Kleinpinning, Mögling and Trieching in 1811, but when the community was formed in 1818/1821, Trieching became part of the Ganacker community . In the course of the regional reform , Trieching was incorporated into the Pilsting market on January 1, 1972 with the greater part of the municipality of Ganacker. In 1987 Trieching had 168 inhabitants.

Attractions

  • Filial church of St. Peter and Paul. The former Romanesque nave with apse from the 12th century was adapted as a choir, the nave was rebuilt in 1750/1752 according to plans by Johann Georg Hirschstötter .
