Triinu Esken (born July 23, 1992 in Pärnu ) is a former Estonian soccer player.

Esken played for the Estonian women's football department of FC Flora Tallinn from 2007 to 2011 .

In 2007 she played in the first qualifying round for the U17 European Women's Championship in the Estonian U-17 women's national team as a goalkeeper .

On October 9 and 16, 2013, she played in the two games of the round of 32 of the UEFA Women's Champions League by Pärnu JK against VfL Wolfsburg, which were lost with 0:14 and 0:13. In the first game she was substituted on and in the second game she was active for over 90 minutes.

In May 2014 she was in the squad of Pärnu JK when the Estonian Cup was won against JK Tammeka Tartu .

In 2013, 2014 and 2015 she won the Estonian championship with Pärnu JK .
